README for the UNOFFICAL fullscreen native resolution patch for QMC2

Description:

This patch will enable support for the UNOFFICAL -nativeres option (the
companioning fullscreen native resolution patch for SDLMAME & SDLMESS is
required as well).

How to apply the patch (to a clean QMC2 0.2.b6+ source tree):

$ cd src/qmc2
$ patch -p0 < /path/to/patch/file

- checked 0.2.b7 (SVN) compatibility of the patch
